If you're hosting a particularly large event and you're looking for additional support, email a proposal to maraudaur@riotgames.com at least 45 days prior to the start of the event. The sooner you loop us in, the easier it'll be for us to help you! The proposal should contain the following information:

- Your club name, the size of the club/event, and the university you're at
- The goals of your event (what are you trying to accomplish?)
- Your vision for the event (what does it look like?)
- Your execution plan for the event and the number of attendees
- Desired support from Riot (what are you looking for?)
- Examples of previous events you've hosted (if any)
